The workplace of the receptionist is located on the first floor in the hotel lobby.
The guest services provide the following types of services:
Providing guests with information about the city and its places of interest;
Booking and delivery of tickets for various types of transport;
Arranging transfers from and to the airport (railway station);
Calling the taxi;
Providing detailed information on the work of other hotel services;
Arranging car rent with or without a driver;
Order and delivery of flower arrangements;
Table reservation in restaurants, cafes and clubs of Minsk;
Arranging the excursions and tours both in Minsk and outside;
Booking and delivery of tickets to theaters, cinema, concerts, other spectacular and sporting events.
Opening hours are from 8am to 8pm daily.
Reception staff will help you with all the issues from 8 pm to 8 am.
A 30% discount is provided for accommodation at the Hotel for guests with check-in and check-out on the same date and stays up to 12 hours from 06:00 to 24:00.
It’s a special rate with a discount up to 35% for anyone celebrating their birthday.
