This rate is for:
- a newly married couple within 30 days from the date of marriage upon presentation of a Marriage Certificate issued by the registry office, as well as married couples within 30 days after the wedding upon presentation of a document from a religious institution confirming the fact of the wedding;
- for couples celebrating the anniversary of their marriage within 7 days inclusive before the date of the anniversary of marriage registration and within 7 days inclusive after this date upon presentation of the Marriage Certificate issued by the registry office.
Providing the document confirming this event is obligatory.
